Protect Your Investment
Whether you simply need help showing a property or screening a tenant to the owners wishing to step away or be completely "hands-off", our property management system utilizes a full service approach encompassing the entire rental process, from move in to move out. Beginning with listing the house and placing a tenant, we perform background checks on applicants to find your perfect tenant. Once a tenant is agreed on, lease agreements are signed and the tenant moves in. All service requests and rent payments come directly to us, so you won't be bothered with the day to day. All collected rents will be directly deposited into your bank account by the 15th day of each month. Properties are inspected once a month to ensure no damage is being done. Rent not submitted on the third business day, or as determined by the owner, will initiate eviction proceedings to ensure that the tenant is out that month, all with no cost to the owner. No more getting billed for every little thing the tenant does.
Corporate Counsel
Should a legal problem arise, we have that covered too. Most property management firms simply refer clients out to an attorney they have "heard" of, sometimes not even specializing in the field. Whether you need legal advice or just need a lease prepared, you have access to a practicing landlord/tenant attorney. A simple call to us can schedule a return call at your convenience. You have all the benefits of having access to an attorney, with none of the retainer!
Real Estate Services
Our real estate sales staff can guide you through the process of buying more property or selling the one you already have. Because we work for investors, we always have an eye out on any investment property opportunities including foreclosed and pre-foreclosed homes, short sales, and below market or "fixer-upper" projects. If you are simply looking for your dream house, we can handle that too. By having access to the Multiple Listing Service, we can access all homes for sale throughout the state as well as provide accurate, up to date feedback on the value of your property and neighborhood. Likewise, this advantage provides us a larger scale to list your rental property for tenants.

About Our Property Management Fees:
We want our fee structure to be simple. For property management, we charge 10% on each property’s rent.
If we place the tenant in an empty unit, we charge the 50% of the first month’s rent. No Gimmicks!
